Paul

Paul Dickson has been Chief Executive Officer and President at Subscribe Technologies Inc. since December 16, 2016. Mr. Dickson has been the Chief Executive Officer and President at Newnote Financial Corp. (formerly, Winrock Resources Inc) since September 1, 2010 and August 17, 2015 respectively. Mr. Dickson is responsible for the day-to-day management of Newnote. Previously, he co-founded Resource World Magazine Inc. in 2002. Mr. Dickson served as Co-Publisher of Resource World for sixteen years. He has been Chairman of the Board of Newnote Financial Corp. since November 3, 2015. He has been Director of Subscribe Technologies Inc. since December 16, 2016. Mr. Dickson has completed the Directors program at Simon Fraser University.

Harvey

Harvey Dick has been the founder, director and president of several publicly traded companies over the course of 40 years. Originally, his career began as a stock broker with a national investment firm. Most of the public companies that he has been involved with were private start-up companies and were developed with a qualified team to publically trade listed companies. Mr. Dick has a BA degree in economics from the University of British Columbia, Vancouver, Canada.

Chad

Chad McMillan is a dynamic, high impact minded start up and corporate turnaround focused venture capitalist and merchant banker, with over 14 years experience managing Canadian public companies in nearly every executive capacity. He has personally led or been involved in numerous multi-million dollar financing, merger, and/or acquisition transactions, across the resource, life sciences, technology, and entertainment industries, his most recent notable public work as a co-founder and Senior Strategic Advisor to emerging augmented reality and digital entertainment company Imagination Park Entertainment Inc. (cse: IP, otcqb: IPNFF, frankfurt: GMS1).

Tim

Timothy Lewis brings 20 years of corporate infrastructure/security/application design and development experience to Subscribe. His core competencies include blockchain/trust-layer/security application development, data center, network, system, security, communications design, development, and deployment. He was previously engaged with system design, trade/data expedition and security for several banks/networks including Northern Trust for communication/security design and migration, and at NewEdge Group during pre-and post-merger efforts for design, security and communication networks.

Taylor

Taylor MacDonald is a 15 year veteran of the finance industry, and has worked in Vancouver, London, and New York on both the buy side (fund management) and sell side (equity capital markets). He is presently the founder and President of Caerus Capital Management, a Vancouver-based investment company and merchant bank focused primarily on two things - resources and innovation. Mr. MacDonald is also graduate of the Wharton School of Business at the University of Pennsylvania, a CFA Charterholder, a member of the Silicon Valley Blockchain Society, and a Director of STAND, a scholarship foundation for youth at risk.

Ryan

Ryan “Boz” Bozajian began his career in entertainment, lending his talents and technical skills to feature films at companies such as American Zoetrope, Lucasfilm / Industrial Light & Magic, Sony Pictures Imageworks, Radium, Pixomondo, Mirada, and Crafty Apes. As a visual effects artist, lead tool developer, pipeline architect, and supervisor, Ryan had the privilege of working directly with such film industry legends as Francis Ford Coppola, Walter Murch, Dennis Muren, Guillermo Del Toro and many others. Over the years Ryan also founded multiple media production companies and led teams on set and in post on commercials and online content as a flame operator, visual effects supervisor, creative director and producer.
